White Birch Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the well-being of individuals and families and to have a positive effect on the fabric of our community. With an emphasis on Early Learning, Extended Education, and Active Living, White Birch Center is a cornerstone of our community and a hub for surrounding towns.
We are the largest nonprofit agency and licensed child care facility operating in Henniker. We serve families with children, ages 12 months through 14 years of age, and senior adults. Last year, more than 150 families enrolled in our programs for child care, pre-school, enrichment activities, and vacation & summer camps. More than 300 seniors participated in a wide variety of programs and activities aimed at promoting wellness, healthy aging, and community engagement. These individuals and families live in Henniker, Bradford, Hillsborough, Antrim, Deering, Contoocook, Concord, Hopkinton, Warner, and Washington, and Weare.
